Prenatal 1:1 Consult
Feel confident going into birth with personalized skill set and knowledge on how to feed your baby.
Ideal for pregnant mothers 27-38 weeks gestation.
During your visit, we will review your health history and any previous experiences with breastfeeding or pumping. You will receive personalized education on breastfeeding techniques and pumping, and complete a full breast exam. Together, we'll create a tailored feeding plan to help set you up for success and ensure a positive experience.

Postpartum Home Consult
Breastfeeding support in the convenience of your own home.
Depending on your birth location —whether at the hospital or at home—the first lactation visit is ideally scheduled between day 1-3 postpartum. This early visit is crucial for assisting with the colostrum phase, ensuring proper latching and positioning. By addressing any initial challenges early on, we can help prevent issues down the road, setting both you and your baby up for a smoother breastfeeding journey.
Home visits are encouraged as long as you prefer; I personally love them!
$25+ Travel fee required. 30+ miles will be an additional 70 cents per mile. Serving a 1-HOUR radius from High Point, NC
*The first postpartum home visit travel fee is waived for established prenatal mothers.

Postpartum Office Consult
When you are ready to venture out with your little one, we can set up at one of our comfy office spaces.
*Includes: Lactation Support or Solid Foods Education
Please bring any infant feeding supplies besides a nursing pillow, I got you covered!
** I will provide families with necessary supplies for optimal care (Ex. nipple shield, syringes, nipple balm, comfort gels, safe homeopathic salve samples, etc)

New! Childbirth Education with Margo & Katelyn
This 3-day workshop offers expert guidance for families preparing for birth and the postpartum journey.
Designed for couples, each class will be offered on 3 consecutive Wednesdays at 5:30-8:30pm.
Margo Born is a birth & postpartum doula, childbirth educator & placenta specialist serving the Triad area. She also brings positive energy and encouragement into your birth and postpartum journey!
The Breastfeeding/Nutrition course will be lead by Katelyn Hedrick, RDN, IBCLC, preparing families for infant feedings beginning at birth. We will cover latch, positioning, adequate intake with weight gain, pumping and bottles, ways to support milk supply naturally along with holistic breast and nipple care regimens and postpartum nutrition support in those early weeks to help you get the best start to your infant feeding journey!

Ready to start exploring infant feeding?
We can set up an office visit in preparation for solid foods around 5-6 months of age when developmentally appropriate and at any point after initiation of solid foods to help ensure baby is meeting their nutritional needs for adequate growth and development.

Baby Led Feeding Workshop
NEW! Intro to solids course with an interactive workshop and Infant CPR training.
This course is designed for couples and baby to attend together with a light introduction to solid foods; bring a bib!
Our goal is to prepare and empower parents to feel confident in their feeding style while ensuring optimal nutritional intake safely. We will encourage exploration of textures, colors and flavors with appropriate skill development readiness from 6-12 months of age.

Initial consultation (90 min): $150

HOME VISITS
Home visits are encouraged the first 1-2 weeks postpartum.
Exclusive home visit availability as you prefer!
We do ask for a $25 travel fee for a 30 mile radius from High Point, NC and 70 cents per mile beyond. If you begin your breastfeeding journey with a completed prenatal consult with Milk Remedy, we waive the first home visit travel fee as a gift to you!
